The Chamber of Commerce of Álava is a public corporation whose jurisdiction is the territory of Álava. Its mission is to meet the needs of businesses and promote the socio-economic development of Álava through the efficiency of our services and the defense of the general interest of the territory.

Main objectives:

  • Promote the presence of local companies in foreign markets and strengthen their internationalization processes.
  • Training of middle management and executives.
  • Improving the competitiveness of local industry by supporting the implementation of innovation policies.
  • Promotion of retail and service companies.
  • Supporting tourism with special emphasis on wine tourism.
  • Supporting and advising entrepreneurs in the preparation and consolidation of their business plans.
  • Generating and optimizing synergies between different businesses.

Fondo Formación Euskadi / Spain

FONDO FORMACION EUSKADI (FFE) is a non-formal VET center whose mission is to develop people and improve organizations. FFE is located in the Basque Country and has more than 30 years of experience in vocational education and training for workers, the unemployed and those at risk of social exclusion.

Main task and focuses include:

  • Consulting and mentoring companies,
  • Skills management and creation of training plans for employment,
  • Local development projects.
  • Vocational guidance and learning support.

FFE has developed an expertise in the development and implementation of modular training courses for different sectors and target groups and also led several regional and European projects aimed at improving the skills of people in general and of specific target groups, reducing the mismatch between the training offered by VET and the skills required by companies, and improving knowledge about training among VET centers and companies. In addition, FFE collaborates with the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, the Basque Government, regional governments, municipalities, public institutions and is a member of DEMOLA NETWORK.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (CCIS) is a non-profit, non-governmental, independent business organization representing the interests of more than 7000 its members. With its almost 170-year tradition, it is the most influential business support organization in Slovenia. CCIS brings together 26 industry associations representing all major industries and 13 regional offices in Slovenia. It has the status of a representative chamber of commerce and is a partner of the government in the preparation of legislation and policies. CCIS is a member of numerous state boards, committees and commissions and provides its expertise and knowledge in a variety of areas, including:

  • Council of the Republic of Slovenia for Higher Education
  • Council of the Republic of Slovenia for Adult Education
  • Council of the Republic of Slovenia for Vocational Education andVocational education and training

CCIS is part of an international network (Eurochambres, International Chamber of Commerce and many sectoral industry associations such as CEEMET, FIEC…), a member of the Enterprise Europe Network, a member of EfVET, the European Forum for Technical and Vocational Education and Training. It has experience in both project participation and project management from many European projects and each year it carries out between 40 and 50 projects in the fields of research and development, economy and entrepreneurship, environment with sustainable development and circular economy, social issues, education and training.

Mindshift is a start-up HR consultancy founded in Lisbon in 2017 with a strong focus on digital-based solutions. Mindshift operates in both the national and international markets in the following core business areas:

Mindshift is currently co-owner of The Key Talent Portugal, a Spanish consulting firm specialised in digital talent strategies, which also operates in the Latin American region (Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico and the Dominican Republic). In addition, Mindshift is the Portuguese representative of the German-based group cut-e (an Aon company), which offers online tests and gamified assessments in 90 countries and 40 languages. In 2019, the Projects business unit was created to promote transnational collaborative partnerships for the development of innovative solutions in the field of education and training, bringing together a team of employees with different backgrounds and professional experience in three regions of Portugal. Mindshift works closely with local partners representing a range of non-governmental organisations, education providers, social economy actors, different business sectors, professional networks and public institutions. This involvement of strategic stakeholders allows Mindshift to share expertise, share innovative practises, empower people and organisations, create added value, generate impact, and ensure the sustainability of the different projects. Currently, their main areas of action are upskilling and retraining, inclusion and employability, sustainable development, women empowerment, entrepreneurship, creativity and digital talents.
